Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest is a 16-day festival in Munich， Germany where people gather to eat delicious food， drink lots of beer and celebrate German patriotism. The holiday came about more than 200 years before to celebrate the marriage of Prince Ludwig to the princess. The celebration became an annual event and later spread around the world by German immigrants in other countries， such as Australia， Brazil， Canada， Chile and Vietnam. This event happens in late September/early October and is a great opportunity to experience some genuine German food， beer and cheer!- Heather Pfeiffer
